Tears well up in me, seeking release.
Tears of sorrow, pain, for other and for self.
I feel the world around me ache,
I feel my fellow creation call out in distress.
words sit upon my mind,
My mind swirls with thoughts seeking answers to perplexing questions.
Mixed in is the joy I have seen, have felt, and know.
Joy expressed and given so freely from those who live in the brokenness.
Among those words upon my mind are passages of scripture which call me forward, to be, to respond, to seek healing and restoration for all of creation including myself….
My mind whirls and words do not come to express the weight that is upon my soul…. and tears fall out
