Sunday was wonderful. The morning was amazing, I sat in the gardens and I walked in the gardens. Thinking and reflecting. preparing for the day. A service went, okay I guess. Nervous was I as I presided over them. in song the congregation sounded, to me at least, like choir of angels. The voices of youth gathered with us blessed the sound so greatly.
In the evening time I spent with friend in conversation, leading to perhaps the most rest fulfilling night of sleep I had in some time. For Monday energy was much more than in days prior.
Now I sit here preparing. In the not so distant future I will enter the car, drive down to MTSO and from there will travel with 13 others to the airport to embark upon adventure and wonder. It shall be my first time leaving North America, a brief stay of a few hours in the British Isles, then to Africa for a couple weeks before returning back. To see and learn, to encounter and observe. To hear their stories, gain new insights, to grow and reflect. An adventure it shall be. As I leave, I do so with excitement, I do so in anticipation. I leave though with worship service for the 22ndnot as far along as I would like, but at least it is started.
So this is perhaps the last words I write for some time, here in this place. I shall write upon return, and perhaps share some of the wonders and wisdom I hope to gain.
Peace be with you,

Hey Lyle! Great to read some of your posts and look at some of your photographs – you are an amazing photographer, and a fantastic writer, as well. We get a real sense of what’s going on in life.
I look forward to hearing about your time in Africa.
Love,
Shell.

It is moments such as these that recharge me as I try to live the life God wants. It is wonderful to have a time when you feel so insych with his nature. Refreshing.
