I’m afraid to be alone, and yet in order to prevent being alone, I often tend to do things that prevent me from being in community. My fears that sharing certain things with some would lead them to move away from me, and thus loose what community and relationship is already present, leads to that relationship from growing deeper, and thus leaves me alone in the midst of loving, caring people who surround me and seek to be there for me and for each other.
