Has it really ben that long? It seems as only yesterday I was living in Ft. Madison Iowa collecting quarters to help raise funds to build the Independence Temple, and today the 5,000th daily prayer took place. A daily ritual aspect of Community of Christ life, this prayer is uplifted each day in the Temple, and around the world many pause to reflect and pray as well. It is an aspect of Community of Christ that we need to as a whole embrace even more as we seek to embrace and understand what we are and have been called to be.
