Around 12:30pm Tuesday 21 November I started my car, backed out of my parking space and headed off to Kirtland. The plan was to arrive that afternoon and then that evening attend the ecumenical community Thanksgiving service at the Kirtland Temple and then drive back home.

The time is near. . .
13 February 2005 was the last time I preached before becoming ill. I am now scheduled to give my first sermon post-illness on 17 December 2006.
In times of change. . .
It has been almost a month since I last wrote. Since that time many things have taken place, or continue to do so. The leaves of tress still are falling, though now it seems most trees are bare. The weather got colder and then warmer, and then colder again, an endless cycle so it seems. [...]
