Today I had planned on working on homework, as it being MLKjr day I have no class this afetrnoon. Though I will still hopefully do some of my school homework, I am not getting as much done as I had planned.
The reason is fairly simple. For the second day in a row, though everything was set correctly my 6:45am alarm did not go off, so I woke up to my orange furry alarm clock that woke me up at about 8am telling me that she was hungry. I ended up missing the busses I had planed on taking, then walked to school, in the rain. I arrived soaking wet to find that the library was closed, the holiday hours were posted on the door, though before I had left home I had checked the web, and they were not posted there. So I headed back to my place, though this time was able to catch the bus. Now a few hours later I am dry, have yet to do homework, have decided to postpone the library vist til tomorrow, and am sitting here writing with my cat sitting in my lap, and she does not seem to have any though of getting off my lap in the near future, and thus I will not be getting up, to pick up my books and read them in the near future. Ahh…
