I now have an active phone line at my place. Yesterday as I was putting in my contacts it rang, and sure enough, it is now live. Yesterday was also my first day of class her at SU. I arrived at school early to check mail and such, and it wasn’t that bad out, but by 8:30, it started to cool a bit and then started to rain sometime after I headed inside. After my first day of Hebrew Bible I am excited about it, even if my first assignment is due Sat.
Tomorrow I have Christian Anthropology and I hope that it will go well also.
My cable modem should be arriving on Monday, so hopefully next week I will be up and running with hi-speed internet access at my place, and may start updating this blog even more, though I doubt anyone reads this.
Today I decided to reformat and start over again with my laptop, so after transferring all my docs and stuff over to my desktop, I wiped her clean, and am now in the process of getting her up and running…. a few more updates left to download, then to figure out what programs to put on her….. Why did my laptop all of a sudden become a female? Hmm going to have to think about that one.
Well I’m off for now, going to finish up with the restarts and downloads and then either head back home, or head down town to look for stores that I might be able to buy a few things that I still need to get for my place.
